Price depends on the size of the space, its condition and how often we visit, and recurring plans are discounted against one-off visits. Everything you see already includes HST and travel, and we never add charges at the door.

It is an honest estimate, not a guess — and in the large majority of cases the final invoice lands inside the range you were shown. We give a range rather than one hard number because we have not seen the property yet. If we arrive and the job is genuinely bigger than described, we tell you before we start, never after.

No. Our cleaners arrive with everything, including vacuums, mops and eco-friendly products. If you would prefer we use a specific product you already own - for a sealed stone counter or a delicate floor, for example - just leave it out and tell us in the notes.

We use eco-friendly, non-toxic products as standard, chosen so that surfaces are safe to touch once dry and rooms are safe to re-enter straight away. If anyone in the home has a specific allergy or sensitivity, tell us when you book and we will adjust the kit for your visit.

Not at all, and most of our recurring clients are not. You can let us in yourself, leave a key with us, or share a lockbox or smart-lock code. Whatever you choose, we confirm the access method in writing before the first visit.

Keys are logged, tagged with a code rather than your address, and stored in a locked safe at our office. Access codes are held in an encrypted system that only your assigned cleaner and your account manager can see. You can ask for your key back at any time.

Pets are welcome to stay put - our cleaners are used to them. If your dog is anxious around vacuums, or your cat is a door-dasher, let us know in the booking notes and we will work room by room and keep exterior doors closed.

Yes to both. Lakeshore Clean Co. carries full liability insurance and is bonded, so you are covered in the unlikely event of damage. Every cleaner passes a background check and reference check before their first job, and none are subcontracted.

Tell us within 24 hours and we will come back and re-clean the areas concerned at no charge. That is our satisfaction guarantee, and we would much rather fix it than have you live with it. If you are still not happy after the re-clean, you do not pay for that visit.

Call, email or reply to your confirmation message. Changes made more than 24 hours before your slot are free. Inside 24 hours we charge [50%] of the visit, because your cleaner's day is already committed - though we waive it for genuine emergencies and illness.

Recurring slots are usually available within a week, and we often have one-off availability within [2-3 days]. We cover the City of Toronto plus Peel, York, Durham and Halton - the full list is on our contact page and in the quote form. If you are just outside, ask anyway and we will tell you honestly.
